Contactless Mobile App
– Contactless Single Sign-On (SSO). Authenticate at an MFP to obtain permission-based access to print, copy, scan and fax functions and 3rd party applications, using your smartphone or tablet.
– Contactless Secure Print Release. Release print job(s) at any network printer or MFP.
– Contactless Scan workflows. Perform scan-to-me, scan-to-email, and scan-to-folder workflows on an MFP directly from your smartphone or tablet.
– Change scan settings, including color, sides, document source, format, orientation, rotation and resolution
– Name scan documents or use pre-defined naming protocols that include device name, date & time, and user

Single Sign-On (SSO) for MFPs
– Fully functional Single Sign-On (SSO) application for MFPs that provides permission based access to MFP services and compliant 3rd party apps
– Automatically synchronizes with LDAP / AD for seamless user management (NOTE: NO passwords are ever accessed or stored by PriApps)
– User credentials fully encrypted through SSL
– Multiple methods for user authentication including ID cards / security access badges, PriApps app for smartphones & tablets, or simply entering network credentials, shortcode or PIN at the MFP control panel
– Touch-Free authentication via Mobile App
– Supports multi-factor authentication for high security applications – for example, ID card & PIN
– Allow users to self-register ID cards / security access badges, so no integration to existing door access systems is required

Secure Print Release / Pull Print
– Allows users to Securely release print jobs at ANY network printer or MFP via an embedded MFP App, ID cards / security access badges, PIN keypad, web browser, or Touch-Free mobile app for smartphones and tablets
– Users release jobs from their own personal PriApps myQueue. Jobs are ‘printed’ to the PriApps myQueue in exactly the same way they are printed to any other printer
– Documents can also be sent to the PriApps myQueue from mobile device, uploaded via a web browser or emailed
– Works with Single Function Printers (SFPs) as well as MFPs/Copiers
– Supports the printing of ANY document format, from ANY operating system or computing device, including PCs, MACs, Chromebooks, iOS, Android & other smartphones & tablets, UNIX, LINUX, AS/400, Mainframe
– All Secure Print Release functions available through the PriApps Touch-Free mobile app
– Release print jobs using the control panel of MFPs. – Change print job settings at the MFP control panel or via the Touch-Free mobile app including color, # sides, # copies, staple and hole punch options and whether or not to retain the job after printing
– Provides traffic light (Red / Amber [Yellow] / Green) status indication on the MFP control panel of which jobs can be released at any specific device
– Control which print devices users are allowed to release jobs at
– Supports delegate printing – allow users to release print jobs on behalf of others
– Automatically purge unreleased print jobs after configurable time intervals, for example jobs can deleted overnight or every 3, 7, 10 days or never
– Does NOT require print servers to function

Mobile & BYOD Printing
– Allows users to print from ANY mobile device, including iOS, Android & other smartphones & tablets, as well as Chromebooks, to ANY network printer of MFP
– Supports ANY document format not just PDF, including Microsoft Office, G Suite, Open Office, CAD drawings, graphics packages etc.
– Allows organizations to track and control printing from Mobile devices and for BYOD initiatives
– PriApps Mobile app available for iOS and Android devices, although it is not a mandatory requirement in order to print from mobile devices
