Capture
PriApps records document activity as jobs are submitted and processed across the fleet. At supported MFPs, it can also capture copy, scan, and integrated fax-service activity through the embedded PriApps interface.
Identify
Where a user authenticates — by card, PIN, network credentials, supported identity-provider login, or PriApps Touch-Free — activity can be attributed to their organizational identity.
Cost
Configured costs are applied to the job using criteria such as page count, color or mono, duplex, paper size, and device — producing an accurate cost rather than a broad average.
Allocate
Costed activity is assigned to the appropriate user, department, cost center, project, client, or matter — captured at or near the point of use.
Recover
Allocated cost can be passed into accounting, billing, or case management processes, or delivered through chargeback reporting — turning the cost record into recovered revenue or a defensible internal charge.
